Storytelling Storno collection - a museum education session

The historicist home of the Storno family takes us back to everyday life in the 19th century. The rooms are decorated with original furnishings, paintings and murals, and you can learn a lot about Sopron and the lifestyle of the 1800s. Id. Ferenc Storno, a chimney sweep turned restorer, will introduce you to the world of craftsmen and guilds of the time, and bring to life the furnishings and furniture. If you're lucky, you can also peep into the secret compartments of the small jewellery chests.
