Fine and applied arts collection

The compiled material of our Spectacle, as present-day museum storage practice shows, was selected from the Applied Arts collection of the Museum of Sopron. You can see beautiful clocks, fans and objects from previous centuries, from Sopron’s past. Our Fine Arts collection’s paintings are displayed on the screen. The selection spans around three hundred years, the pictures include works brought to Sopron or with a Sopron theme, works by local painters, as well as portraits of people from Sopron.
